In the next few moments, the Royal Air Force flypast for The King’s Coronation will be taking place over Buckingham Palace.

Around 60 aircraft are due to take part in the Royal Air Force flypast, with this due to take place at 1430 BST.
Aircraft from the @RoyalNavy, @BritishArmy & Royal Air Force will celebrate His Majesty The King’s #Coronation with a flypast at 14:30.

At the moment, the aircraft are getting ready to depart their respective bases and head in the direction of the King’s Coronation and begin its formation.

UPDATE #2 @ 1422 UK time – Due to the adverse weather conditions, it appears to be the case that the flypast will be scaled down to just two minutes and thirty seconds.

UPDATE #3 @ 1424 UK time – These appear to be the helicopters and other aircraft that will be taking part in the modified flypast.

UPDATE #4 @ 1427 UK time – Inching closer to Buckingham Palace. Standby for further imagery.

UPDATE #7 @ 1435 UK time – And that is it for the flypast, which unfortunately had to be shortened due to the weather at Buckingham Palace. The flypast was originally supposed to have 60 aircraft involved.
