An Air France flight from Tokyo to Paris made an unscheduled diversion into Anchorage, Alaska due to a medical issue on board earlier today.
Air France flight AF275 Tokyo – Paris
Air France flight AF275, a Boeing 777-300ER operating a scheduled route from Tokyo Narita (NRT) to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) initiated a diversion into Anchorage (ANC) from a point over the North Pacific Ocean whilst enroute.
It is understood that the unscheduled diversion was due to a medical issue on board the flight.

Flight data shows that Air France made a departure from Tokyo Narita International Airport at 11:06 local time (JST) today (02:06 UTC), before establishing itself on track for Paris, climbing to a cruising level of FL260 (26,000 feet).
Diversion to Anchorage
The flight then initiated a diversion from a point mid-Pacific and made for Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC); making a landing there at approximate 08:30 UTC.
The aircraft did not declare a formal emergency.

Onwards flight to Paris
The flight has subsequently departed Anchorage and is presently enroute for its destination Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Paris.
The aircraft operating today’s long-haul service is a Boeing 777-300ER registered F-GZNJ; a 12-year old widebody aircraft belonging to the French national flag carrier Air France.
